Just as government made 'RIGHT TO EDUCATION', similarly my idea is government should make an law that every child till the age of 15 should get 2 times nutritious meal i.e. 'RIGHT TO FOOD'. Before implementing this law, govt. should make an arrangement for proper management of distribution of meals to children. It can be done by.........
*give proper funds to each and every schools in India, for to purchase food materials at subsidised rate.
*seperate officials should be made to check the food quality,etc.
